The Annexe is a stylish, comfortable yet affordable studio apartment located in the heart of Croyde Village, Devon on a private lane. It’s just a short stroll from the golden sandy beach and a choice of pubs, restaurants and village stores. The accommodation offers a packaged kitchenette and living/sleeping space, with separate WC/Shower. Kitchenette has doube hob, microwave and fridge.

The Annexe makes an ideal crash pad to return to following a days surfing, walking, mountain biking or even beachcombing.

Holiday home accommodation

The living space in this budget holiday accommodation is based around studio living. The main space is a cosy living/dining/sleeping area, which comprises a double bed, a sofa, and an integrated kitchenette.

The living area is provided with a TV and an Ipod dock.

The dining space has seating for 2, and the studio also benefits from a private external space to chill/unwind and for al fresco dining.

The studio has a separate spacious WC, with shower, and wash hand basin. 

The result is a studio space, perfect for an active break with Croyde as your base, and at a price which will not break the bank!

It will comfortably sleep two adults.

Private off-road parking for one vehicle

Facilities and Services:

Linen and towels for house use only. Duvets and pillows.  Patio furniture and BBQ in the summer.

Additional Information

Regret no pets. No smoking. Parking for 1 Car on driveway.  Beach towels not provide. No single sex groups are permitted in this accommodation.

Short breaks may be available outside high season, Friday - Monday and Monday – Friday. Email for details.

Damages/Cleaning Deposit

£100 refundable damages/cleaning deposit. Payable with final payment, 8 weeks before start of booking, or later if booking is made within this period.

Holiday Arrival/Holiday Departure Time

Arrival time 3pm. Arrival/Departure for weekly bookings is Friday.
